Are your domestic violence programs CYFD or court-approved?

Yes. CYFD approves our 52-week domestic violence treatment program and meets New Mexico court requirements.

Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. We offer telehealth sessions for individual counseling, trauma-informed parenting, and women’s domestic violence groups. Men’s domestic violence groups are held in person at our Albuquerque office.

How quickly can I schedule an assessment?

Assessments are typically scheduled within 10 business days of your request.

What insurance do you accept?

We accept:
All Turquoise Care Medicaid plans (New Mexico)
A variety of commercial insurance plans
Self-pay options are available

How do I refer a client or schedule an appointment?

Please email us at referralletter@anewawakening.com with:
The client’s name and contact info
The requested service (e.g., DV treatment, Seeking Safety group)
We will follow up with scheduling options and next steps.

Do you provide progress reports for probation, CYFD, or attorneys?

Yes. With signed client consent, we provide timely attendance and progress reports for legal, probation, and CYFD-related cases.
