Patient Portal Access Instructions

A New Awakening utilizes the ICANotes Patient Portal to offer secure access to your health records, appointment details, and communication with your healthcare provider.

🔐 How to Access the Portal Check Your Email. You will receive a welcome email from ICANotes when your portal account is created.

Look for a message titled "ICANotes Patient Portal Invitation."

Click the secure link in the email to get started. Create Your Password. You’ll be prompted to set up a password for your account. Be sure to save this password for future logins.
